Shipping Policy
All prices are in US dollars, so please check your exchange rate for the exact local value.
I aim to get orders out within 2-5 business days of initial processing. You will receive an email confirming the order and then another email with shipping confirmation and a tracking number. I use USPS or UPS depending on the size of the order (any box at or under 12”x12”x12” ships USPS, the larger ones will go UPS).

Return & Exchange Policy
Refunds and exchanges within 7 days from purchase.
Please return work using the same box and packing material that it was originally sent in.
Refund will be complete once product is received.
Unless you are returning or exchanging an item that arrived defective or damaged, you will be responsible for shipping costs. Please note that the responsibility for safely getting breakable items back to us falls on you. I are unable to exchange items that are returned to us in anything less than like-new condition so if the item s damaged in transit, you will not receive any refund. Bring your returns to a trusted shipper to pack the items if you're worried about your packaging skills.
The cost of shipping is non-refundable and will not be comped.
If your purchase arrives broken please take a photo and send it to: luckychickenceramics@gmail.com. I’ll will do best to get another piece in the same category (ie; 12 oz. mug, square drop bowl, etc.) out to you ASAP, but please understand each piece is one of a kind, and I cannot duplicate any one piece 100%.
